FAQs
What are your delivery charges?
Nothing, yo. We rock free shipping on all orders over $45. That said, if you need your order rushed, we can make that happen, but you’re gonna have to pick up the tab.
What is your return policy?
You can return anything within 30 days. We want to make sure you are totally satisfied with your order from Stone Creek Coffee, so we operate on what we call a "happiness guarantee." If you are not thrilled with your experience, just contact us and we will make it right!
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM on business days will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on business days or on the weekends will be shipped the next business day. Expected transit time for orders shipped to WI, IL, and parts of MN is one business day. Transit times to the rest of the lower 48 states range from 2 to 5 business days. If you need your items faster, then please feel free to select one of the expedited shipping options we provide through UPS. Do keep in mind though, those options come with additional fees.
Is your site secure? Is my data protected?
Shopify employs industry-standard security measures, including PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, end-to-end encryption, and automatic fraud analysis, to protect customer data and transactions—pretty darn secure. The platform offers built-in SSL certificates, two-factor authentication, and advanced security monitoring to safeguard stores from cyber threats, but make sure you have a great password when you set up your account. Our server is secure in Odin’s vault, so we should be set unless Loki or Hela were to be resurrected and pursue a career in computer hacking.
Will I receive tracking information?
When you place an online order with us, you will receive an initial “Order Received” email with your receipt and order number. Once we process your order and it leaves our facility, you will receive an “Order Shipped” email with your tracking number embedded in the body of the email.
What if there is a mistake on my order?
Well, crap. That’s on us. We work hard to make things great, but we do make mistakes from time to time. Just send an email to customers@stonecreekcoffee.com and we will make it right.
