Cone Filter or V60

DO YOUR THING

Black Sheep doesn’t play by the rules. This dark roast refuses to be one-dimensional—packing in the bright acidity and complexity of a lighter roast while still hitting with bold, full-bodied depth. Experience complex fruit notes that balance the richness, finishing with a smooth, rounded sweetness. It’s a dark roast with a rebel streak—refusing to blend in, standing apart from the flock.

BOLD & UNCONVENTIONAL

Not everything fits into neat little boxes—some things live in the space between, where light and dark collide. Black Sheep was built for those who don’t follow the script, who carve their own path, who know that real strength isn’t just power—it’s control.

This blend pulls from both sides of the spectrum: a dark-roasted Colombian from Huila with a heavy body, lingering sweetness, and deep dark chocolate, and a light-roasted Costa Rican from the Palmichal Mill that throws in buttered pecan, pear, and a sharp, bright acidity. Both grown in high-altitude terrain, both shaped by their environment, and when they come together—nothing else tastes like it.

DARE TO BE DIFFERENT

It’s a dark roast that refuses to be one-dimensional, a blend that bends the rules and comes out stronger for it. For those who stand apart, for those who embrace both the darkness and the light—this one’s for you.

Be bold. Be different. Be the Black Sheep.

How fresh is your coffee?

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
