HIGH-ALTITUDE ELEGANCE

Jasmine Mist Peru is a testament to the art of balance and precision in coffee cultivation. Grown in the highlands of Cajamarca, Peru, at elevations between 1,400 and 2,000 meters above sea level, this coffee thrives in the cool, crisp air of the Andes Mountains. The unique conditions at these altitudes allow the beans to ripen slowly, fostering a depth of flavor that is sweet, clean, and juicy.

BRIGHT & BALANCED

Crafted from a meticulously chosen blend of varietals, this coffee undergoes a washed process, where the pulp is carefully removed before drying. This method enhances the clarity of its vibrant flavor profile, allowing notes of red grape, jasmine, and orange blossom to shine through. With a creamy mouthfeel and a juicy, refined sweetness, every sip offers a harmonious balance of bright, floral, and smooth elements.

Whether you’re a seasoned coffee aficionado or just discovering specialty coffee, Jasmine Mist Peru invites you to savor the harmonious balance of its bright, floral, and creamy notes, a true reflection of Cajamarca’s coffee-growing artistry.

How fresh is your coffee?

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
