Brewing Instructions

1) Open this box and pull out the cello-wrapped filter bag full of coffee. Then remove the filter bag from the cello-wrapping.

2) Set filter bag into the bottom of a vessel of your choosing. The vessel must be large enough to hold 64oz of water, i.e., large pitcher, food-safe bucket, or kitchen bowl.

3) Fill your vessel with 64oz of room temperature water.

4) Place lid or cover on your brewing vessel and keep stored at room temperature for 15 hours.

5) After the 15-hour brew time is complete, lift the filter out and let the liquid drain from the filter to capture all the cold brew goodness.

6) Once brewed, this product is best stored in an airtight container and must be refrigerated. We recommend drinking this within 2 weeks.

How fresh is your coffee?

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
