Made with Stone Creek Coffee’s Cream City blend, this syrup is crafted from sap collected each season from the Solin family’s heritage sugarbush in Northern Wisconsin. For five generations, Tapped Maple Syrup has been making rich, flavorful syrup in small batches from sustainable forests at the base of the glacial moraine near Neva, Wisconsin. Drizzle it on vanilla ice cream, mix it into brewed coffee, add it to steamed or cold milk, or use it on cheesecakes—its versatility knows no bounds.

Aeropress grind is a medium-fine to fine grind, similar to table salt or slightly finer, allowing for versatile brewing times and methods, resulting in a clean, rich, and full-flavored cup.
Cone filter grind is a medium-fine grind with a consistency similar to table salt, designed to optimize water flow and extraction in cone-shaped coffee makers, enhancing clarity and balanced flavor.
Flat filter grind is a medium grind with a consistency like sea salt, ideal for flat-bottom drip brewers, promoting even extraction and producing a balanced, smooth cup of coffee.

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
