IDEAL TERROIR

Huila, Colombia is rugged, high country—prime territory for growing damn good coffee. The altitude, volcanic soil, and steady climate forge beans with serious depth. Boneshaker Colombia is proof.

Grown between 1,500 and 1,900 meters—high enough to test the will—these beans develop slowly, packing in complexity. The cup hits with bold, layered flavors—plum sweetness cut with cocoa, lemongrass, plum, and a sharp grapefruit bite. A solid medium body ties it all together, making every sip smooth but full of punch.

STRONGER TOGETHER

This coffee comes from a fellowship of farmers, each bringing their harvests to a shared mill—united in purpose and stronger together. The beans are fully washed and sun-dried on patios, a process that ensures clarity in the final brew—clean, crisp, and true to its origin, like something crafted in the fires of old.

As the name suggests, this coffee does not pass quietly. Whether you brew it fast as espresso or take the slow road with a pour-over, Boneshaker Colombia will keep you moving—because one does not simply sip this coffee. It is a drink for those who keep pushing forward, even when the road is long.

HAPPINESS GUARANTEE

Good coffee and kind actions fuel the soul. If you don’t love your coffee, we’ll exchange it for free.

How fresh is your coffee?

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
