A COFFEE BY THE PEOPLE

Milwaukee runs in our veins, so we poured our love for the city into a coffee that hits as hard as the bricks it’s named after. Meet Cream City—a brew for the grinders, the dreamers, the people who make this city what it is. Chocolatey sweetness, fruity brightness, and a creamy, milky finish make this coffee a rugged homage to the place we call home.

FOR THE PEOPLE

Crafted in collaboration with Caravela Coffee and Colombian farmers, Cream City isn’t just coffee—it’s grit in a cup. The light roast slices through with sharp citrus notes, cranking up the acidity like a spark on cold pavement. The medium roast? That’s where the heart is, bringing caramel warmth and a bold aroma that keeps you coming back for more. Together, these profiles collide in perfect harmony—smooth, sweet, and just a little rough around the edges.

Inside every cup, you’ll taste the soul of Cream City: cocoa, zesty lemon, and the smoothness of caramel. It’s Midwestern through and through—balanced, hardworking, and unapologetically real. So grab a bag, brew it strong, and taste the grind that built this city.

HAPPINESS GUARANTEE

Good coffee and kind actions fuel the soul. If you don’t love your coffee, we’ll exchange it for free.

How fresh is your coffee?

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and ships within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor. For optimal taste, we recommend brewing between 4 and 21 days after the roast date—this allows the coffee to degas and fully develop. After that window, it will still taste great for several weeks (or more), especially if stored in a cool, airtight container.
